BALTIMORE (AP) - The Buffalo Bills have placed linebacker Aaron Maybin on their inactive list for Sunday's game against the Baltimore Ravens. Maybin, the 11th overall pick out of Penn State in 2009, has not started this season and had only six tackles in Buffalo's first five games. Baltimore, meanwhile, had safety Ed Reed available for the first time this season. Reed was removed from the physically unable to perform list Saturday after missing six weeks while recovering from hip surgery. The Ravens |

| (MySportsbook) - The Buffalo Bills will enter Week 7 of the 2010 NFL season as a well-rested group, one determined to break from the woeful start that has them listed as one of the league's two remaining winless teams. Unfortunately for Chan Gailey's club, Sunday's assignment is not one that would be considered light even if the Bills were operating under better circumstances. The angry foe, the homestanding Baltimore Ravens, do not appear likely to accommodate a Buffalo renaissance at M&T Bank Stadiu |

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP) - Starting defensive tackle Kyle Williams is questionable to play at Baltimore this weekend, leaving the Buffalo Bills already porous run defense with a big hole to fill. A sore left ankle forced Williams to miss his second straight practice Friday. Coach Chan Gailey says he'll likely wait until game time Sunday to determine whether Williams will play vs. the Ravens (4-2). Williams was hurt in practice Wednesday, when a teammate rolled up on his leg. His injury is a significant |

Edwards started the first two games of the season for the Buffalo Bills, then was waived in late September and was claimed by Jacksonville. He completed 29- of-52 passes for 241 yards with one touchdown and two interceptions for the Bills, and on Monday finished 14-of-24 for 140 yards with two picks. Bouman, a veteran o |

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP) - Buffalo Bills starting defensive tackle Kyle Williams missed Thursday's practice because of an ankle injury sustained in practice on Wednesday. His status for Sunday's game at Pittsburgh is unclear, but coach Chan Gailey said Williams has ``a legitimate chance'' to play. The Bills have been gashed by opposing rushing attacks, ranking 32nd against the run. They converted to a 3-4 scheme this offseason, but appear to be moving back to a four-man front that Williams helps anchor |

Whether the extra seven days provided head coach John Fox with any answers about how to turn around his flagging group remains to be seen. ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP) - Buffalo Bills tight end Shawn Nelson hasn't played a game in almost two months. He's hoping to stop that tough stretch this weekend. A groin injury coupled with a suspension for violating the league's substance abuse policy has kept the second-year pro watching while his teammates have bumbled their way to an 0-5 start. Nelson, though, could be back on Sunday when Buffalo returns from its bye to play at Baltimore (4-2). ``I'll be ready. I'm more than sure I'll be ready,'' Nel |
