DAVIE, Fla. (AP) -Matt Roth figures he fell out of favor with the Miami Dolphins because he had trouble staying healthy. The veteran linebacker was released in November 2009 and claimed off waivers by the Cleveland Browns. He'll be back in Miami on Sunday when the Browns play the Dolphins. Roth missed training camp and Miami's first six games last year. The Dolphins at first blamed an undiagnosed illness, but Roth's agent said the problem was a groin injury. A sixth-year pro, Roth has started all 11 ga |

He failed and so the club went back to Anderson. However, the former Pro Bowl selection with the Cleveland Browns showed after his postgame tirade on Monday night he isn't the answer either. Arizona dropped its sixth straight game, a 27-6 setback to the San Francisco 49ers. It is the club's longest skid since dropping eight in a row under Dennis Green in 2006. |

| AFC North: Memorable day for Browns' Delhomme |

| ake Delhomme produced plenty of terrific moments -- and quite a few harrowing ones as well -- during an eventful seven-year run as the Carolina Panthers' starting quarterback from 2003-09. The same can be said about the veteran's performance for the Cleveland Browns in Sunday's encounter with his former team. Subbing for ailing rookie Colt McCoy, Delhomme mixed in both good and bad in his first start since the season opener, but the end result was sufficient enough to help his new employers come away with a tou |

| of the NFL's real good guys -- get a small measure of revenge on his old Carolina team. The veteran quarterback, one of the many casualties of the penny-pinching Panthers' offseason roster purge, went 5-for-5 on the game-winning drive that saved the Cleveland Browns from a potentially-awkward home loss to the league's current bottom feeders. Then again, Delhomme helped set up that exciting finish in the 24-23 decision by throwing two interceptions in the third quarter, one of which was returned for a touchdown. |

| Cleveland, OH (MySportsbook) - Phil Dawson's 41-yard field goal late in the fourth quarter, coupled with John Kasay's miss of a 42-yard effort as time expired, helped the Cleveland Browns earn a 24-23 win over the Carolina Panthers. Jake Delhomme, playing against his former team after spending the last seven years in Carolina, finished 24-of-35 passing for 245 yards, but threw a pair of interceptions -- one returned for a touchdown by Captain Munnerlyn -- for Cleveland (4-7), which dropped a 24-20 decision a |
