| Houston, TX (MySportsbook) - Jay Foreman signed a five-year contract Tuesday to stay with the Houston Texans. In 2002, the linebacker posted a team-high 193 tackles. Foreman, who was acquired in a trade with Buffalo, started all 16 games at right inside linebacker for the Texans in their inaugural season. Posey, who was an unrestricted free agent, registered 60 tackles, eight sacks and one interception last season for the Houston Texans.
