NEW YORK (AP) -Former Indianapolis Colts coach Tony Dungy says he would like to see the NFL adopt the college replay system on scoring plays. In college, all plays are eligible for video review by replay officials. In the NFL coaches have two challenges they can use per game, except in the last two minutes of each half when only the officials can determine if a play needs to be reviewed.
