KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) -Larry Johnson wants everybody to know he is still not happy. Not after going to the Pro Bowl. Not after rushing for a Kansas City Chiefs record 1,750 yards. Not after having fans approach him on the streets of New York and Las Vegas and tell him how great he is. Not even after hobnobbing with celebrities as a newly minted celebrity himself. ``No, I'm never happy,'' the running back said Thursday. ``When I feel like I'm successful in my own right, I will never be happy with anything |

| NFL Mock Draft - Part I |
NFL Football |
04/26/2006 |

| Philip Rivers entrenched as the number one quarterback, the Chargers desperately need a go-to receiver and Santonio Holmes is their man. The junior burst onto the scene last year at Ohio State averaging over 18 yards a catch with 11 touchdowns. 20) Kansas City Chiefs: Defense is always priority number one for the Chiefs and they are, predictably, stunned to see DB Donte Whitner still on the board. The junior will be a stud safety or corner in the NFL with his 4.5 speed to which one can add his great anticipation |

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) -Despite all the changes for the Kansas City Chiefs in the last four months, plenty has stayed the same. Herman Edwards took over for retired coach Dick Vermeil, and inherited an offense that returns nearly everyone on offense. And once again, the Chiefs will probably use their first draft pick Saturday to help a defense that ended up near the bottom of the league for the fourth straight year. Kansas City picks 20th, and will probably go for a cornerback or a pass-rushing defensive |

OLATHE, Kan. (AP) -A misdemeanor charge of domestic battery against Kansas City Chiefs defensive lineman Lional Dalton was dismissed. Dalton was scheduled to go on trial Friday, but the case was dismissed because the alleged victim, Dalton's wife, Kimberly, failed to appear for the trial. It was the second time she had not shown up, said Assistant District Attorney Jacqie Spradling. Dalton was accused of grabbing his wife's hair and pulling her down early on Nov. 25 when she visited him for Thanksgiving. H |
