NAPA, Calif. (AP) -The Oakland Raiders signed second-round draft pick Zach Miller, leaving No. 1 overall pick JaMarcus Russell as the only player missing from training camp. Miller, a tight end from Arizona State, came to terms with the Raiders late Friday night and was on the field for the team's first two-a-day workouts the following morning.
