ST. LOUIS (AP) - This is the kind of season the St. Louis Rams have endured: Rookie cornerback Ron Bartell didn't even dress for the first six games of the season and now he's preparing for his sixth straight start. Attrition has exacted a toll on a team that will miss the playoffs for only the second time in seven seasons. | St. Louis, MO (MySportsbook) - The St. Louis Rams placed quarterback Marc Bulger and linebacker Chris Claiborne on injured reserve Wednesday. Bulger appeared in only eight games this season as he battled shoulder problems through much of the year. Most recently, Bulger suffered a bruised shoulder in a 38-28 loss to the Arizona Cardinals in Week 11. The injury came after Bulger was sacked by Adrian Wilson in the third quarter of the loss and went down on the same shoulder that caused him to miss two games e |
