Tempe, AZ (My Sportsbook) - San Francisco All-Pro wide receiver Terrell Owens was inactive for Saturday's 17-14 win over the Arizona Cardinals after aggravating a groin injury. Owens was questionable for last Sunday's contest versus Green Bay, but played in the 20-14 setback. He caught eight passes for 75 yards and a touchdown. For the season, Owens has a career-high 100 receptions for 1,300 yards and 13 touchdowns. He has caught at least one pass in 100 straight games. The 29-year-old Owens is playing in his seventh season in the NFL -- all with San Francisco. The 49ers have already clinched the NFC West Division crown. |
