=== Reutimann a first-time truck winner ===
Lebanon, TN (My Sportsbook) - David Reutimann passed Mike Skinner coming out of turn four with the white flag in view and went on to capture Saturday afternoon's Toyota Tundra 200 at the Nashville Superspeedway. The No.17 Toyota crossed the finish line seven lengths ahead of runner-up Ted Musgrave.
The victory was the first of Reutimann's 41-race Craftsman Truck Series career. It was the 17th top-10 of his career. He finished ninth last year at Nashville.
"When we unloaded we were junk, but these guys changed everything but the radiator cap and made it an awesome, awesome ride," said Reutimann.
Skinner and Reutimann had exchanged the lead back and forth for most of the day, but with less than 10 laps to go, Skinner skidded through a patch of oil and bounced off the outside wall. He retained the lead in the race, but his Toyota was damaged.
On the final restart, Reutimann made the winning move underneath Skinner who was just trying to make it to the checkered flag and Reutimann went unchallenged over the final lap. Musgrave and Todd Bodine both passed Skinner on the final lap as well.
"Apparently someone blew up down there and we hit his oil," said a saddened Skinner. "I went up and hit the wall, bent the ball joints, rear end moved over and the wheels were killed. We were just really, really lucky to finish the race."
Bodine, Skinner and Todd Kluever completed the top-five.
Despite a 14th-place finish, Dennis Setzer remained the points leader by a large margin. The Morgan-Dollar Chevrolet driver leads Musgrave by 178 points (2,400-2,222). Bobby Hamilton (-212), Ron Hornaday Jr. (-267) and Reutimann (-286) make up the top-five after 16 events.
The next race is scheduled for Wednesday, August 24th at the famed Bristol Motor Speedway.
