Milwaukee, WI (My Sportsbook) - Milwaukee Bucks forward Toni Kukoc has been activated from the injured list in time for Friday's game against the Chicago Bulls. Kukoc missed the last 18 games after undergoing surgery on his right thumb. He tore a ligament in his non-shooting hand on November 15, and played through pain in eight games after suffering the injury. The 34-year-old Kukoc is averaging 10.8 points, 4.8 rebounds and 4.1 assists in 16 games this season. The Bucks also placed guard Ronald Murray on the injured list with left shoulder tendinitis. Murray is averaging 1.9 points in 12 games this season.
