Richmond, VA (My Sportsbook) - David Starr won the pole for tonight's Cheerios Betty Crocker 200 at the Richmond International Raceway. The No.75 Chevrolet circled the 0.750-mile short track in 21.319 seconds (126.648 m.p.h). The pole victory was Starr's second of the season and fifth of his Craftsman Truck Series career. His other pole win this year was in June at Dover. Starting on the front row with Starr will be Mike Skinner who posted a second- best time of 21.320 seconds. Ted Musgrave (21.330) and Jack Sprague (21.333) will start in row two. Musgrave brings his No.1 Ultra Motorsports Dodge to RIR trailing series points leader Dennis Setzer by 143 points (2,515-2,372). Setzer was just 20th quickest in the 36-truck field. The race is set to begin tonight at 8:15 p.m. (edt).
