Montreal, Quebec (My Sportsbook) - The Montreal Expos placed outfielder Wilton Guerrero on unconditional waivers and added righthanded pitcher Julio Manon to their 40-man roster Thursday. Guerrero, 27, the older brother of Expos star Vladimir, hit .221 and drove in five runs in 103 games this season with the Reds and Expos. They reacquired him on July 11 from the Florida Marlins in a three-way deal. The 29-year-old Manon started 13 games for Triple-A Ottawa Lynx, going 8-6 with two saves and a 3.50 earned run average in 2002. Manon started the season in Double-A Harrisburg, where he went was 5-1 with a 3.00 ERA in six starts.
