New York, NY (My Sportsbook) - Dallas Stars goaltender Marty Turco was suspended by the league on Tuesday for one game without pay. Turco was involved in a high-sticking incident with Colorado forward Peter Forsberg during a 1-1 battle at the Pepsi Center on Monday. The 27-year-old Turco played in his 97th NHL game against the Avs and made 33 saves, including a handful of key stops in the third period. In 40 games this season, Turco has a 21-9-9 mark with a 1.78 goals-against average. Turco will forfeit $3,564.81 of his salary to the NHL Players' Emergency Assistance Fund.
