Toronto, Ontario (My Sportsbook) - Toronto Raptors All-Star swingman Vince Carter returned to the hardwood on Sunday against Sacramento after missing 23 games with a strained right knee. Carter played 23 minutes and scored 22 points to lead the Raptors to a 101-97 victory. The win snapped a five-game Toronto losing streak. Carter suffered a partially separated patella tendon in his right knee during practice on December 10. He was expected to return to the lineup two weeks ago, but team doctors held him out. Entering Sunday's game, Carter was averaging 19.2 points in 10 contests. He also missed 10 games earlier this season with a quadriceps tendon strain in his left knee. Despite his limited playing time this season, "Air Canada" was voted a starter for the Eastern Conference All-Stars.
