(My Sportsbook) - The Mighty Ducks of Anaheim will try for their first win streak in nearly a month tonight when they welcome the Chicago Blackhawks to the Pond. The Ducks are coming off a 3-1 victory over the Detroit Red Wings on Friday. Andy McDonald had a goal and an assist and Teemu Selanne netted the game- winner midway through the third period for Anaheim. Jonathan Hedstrom added a goal and Ilya Bryzgalov made 28 saves for Anaheim, which won for only the second time in its last 11 games. The Ducks' last win streak was a season-high four-game stretch from October 26-November 1. Scott Niedermayer picked up his 13th assist of the year as the Mighty Ducks stopped their six-game home losing streak. Tonight's test is the second of a five-game homestand for the Ducks, who are 7-5-2 at the Pond this year. Meanwhile, the Blackhawks have dropped two straight and were dealt a 3-2 setback in Los Angeles on Saturday. Luc Robitaille scored the eventual game- winning goal late in the second period for the Kings. Mark Bell scored once and assisted on another goal in the loss, while Nikolai Khabibulin finished with 26 saves. Tonight's game concludes a five-game road trip for the Blackhawks, who are 5-9-0 as the visiting team this season. The Mighty Ducks have won three straight meetings with Chicago, including a 5-3 victory in the Windy City back on October 5. The Blackhawks are also winless in their last seven trips (5 losses, 2 ties) to Anaheim.
