Tempe, AZ (My Sportsbook) - Arizona Cardinals kicker Neil Rackers is listed as out for this Sunday's game against the San Francisco 49ers and is expected to miss at least three weeks with a calf injury. The Arizona Republic reported Friday that Rackers had an MRI on Thursday and has a torn left calf muscle. The kicker suffered the injury on Thursday while kicking field goals during practice and was originally listed as questionable on the injury report before being downgraded. Rackers kicked a team-record 31 consecutive field goals for the Cardinals this season before his first miss, a 43-yard attempt, in last Sunday's loss against the Jacksonville Jaguars. To replace Rackers, Arizona signed kicker Nick Novak. Novak spent five games with the Washington Redskins this season, connecting on 5-of-7 field goal attempts before being released on November 5. To make room for Novak, the Cardinals released linebacker Isaac Keys.
