Cleveland, OH (My Sportsbook) - The Cleveland Indians made three roster moves on Thursday, re-signing infielder Bill Selby and pitcher Jason Phillips and claiming right-hander Jack Cressend off waivers from the Minnesota Twins. Selby and Phillips were sent to Triple-A Buffalo of the International League. Phillips, who signed with the Indians last October, went 1-3 with a 4.97 ERA in eight games for Cleveland in 2002 before going on the disabled list in August. Philips had elbow surgery in September. The 32-year-old Selby spent time with Buffalo and Cleveland last season, hitting .214 with six homers and 21 RBI in 65 games for the Indians. In 23 games last season for Minnesota, Cressend went 0-1 with a 5.91 ERA and 22 strikeouts.
