=== Rams re-sign Curtis, three others === St. Louis, MO (My Sportsbook) - The St. Louis Rams signed wide receivers Kevin Curtis and Shaun McDonald, defensive end Brandon Green and cornerback DeJuan Groce to one-year contracts on Friday. Curtis had 60 catches for 801 yards and six touchdowns and finished the season as the Rams' second-leading receiver behind only Torry Holt. McDonald, who was the Rams' third-leading receiver in 2005, made 46 receptions for 523 yards. Green, who was originally drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the 2003 draft, made 32 tackles, 16 of them solo, to go along with three sacks, a forced fumble and two passes defensed. Groce made 57 tackles, 42 of them solo, with two interceptions and a team-high nine passes defensed. All four players will enter their fourth NFL season in 2006 after being selected in the 2003 NFL Draft. Curtis, McDonald and Groce were selected by the Rams in that draft. |
