ALAMEDA, Calif. (AP) -The Raiders on Wednesday re-signed former Oakland tight end O.J. Santiago, who has been out of the NFL for two seasons. Santiago started seven games for the Raiders in 2003, catching five passes. He signed with Denver before the 2004 season, but was cut before the regular season and hasn't played since. The seven-year veteran also played for the Cleveland Browns and the Atlanta Falcons, first making their roster as an undrafted free agent in 1997.Copyright © 2005 The Associated Press.
