(My Sportsbook) - Albert Pujols went 3-for-4 with a pair of homers and three runs batted in, as the St. Louis Cardinals rolled to a 13-4 victory over the New York Mets at Busch Stadium. Pujols notched his third career multi-homer game and first since May 28, 2001 against Milwaukee. Eli Marrero added a three-run homer and Edgar Renteria finished with two hits and three runs batted in for the Cardinals, who also cruised to a 13-3 romp on Tuesday in the opener of this three-game set. Woody Williams pitched seven solid innings to earn the victory for St. Louis, which has won three straight. Fernando Vina also homered for the Cardinals in a 16-hit attack. Williams improved to 11-2 in his career at Busch Stadium. Taking the hill for the Cardinals today is righthander Brett Tomko, who is an even 2-2 with a 4.46 ERA in five starts this season. In his last outing, Tomko went the distance, yielding two runs and nine hits in a 9-2 victory over the Florida Marlins on Friday. He also struck out three and walked two. Tomko is a dismal 2-5 with a 6.64 ERA in seven career starts against the Mets.
