(My Sportsbook) - Randy Wolf goes to the mound for Philadelphia today, hoping to rebound from an awful outing on Tuesday, as the Phillies conclude their three-game series against the San Diego Padres at Qualcomm Stadium. These two teams have played a pair of 10-inning games and each contest has ended with a 5-4 score. Last night, David Bell knocked in the go-ahead run in the top of the 10th inning with a sacrifice fly to lead Philadelphia to the victory. Mike Lieberthal drove in two runs on two hits for the Phillies, who have won eight of their last 12 games. Wolf, a 26-year-old lefthander, was pounded for 11 hits and six runs in 6 2/3 innings in a loss to the Dodgers in his last outing. After winning his first two decisions of the season, he's fallen in two of his last three. Wolf is 3-1 in five lifetime games versus the Padres, including a 2-0 mark in three contests at Qualcomm Stadium. Phillies first baseman Jim Thome is 2-for-20 so far on this 10-game road trip, which will finish with three contests in Arizona.
