Toronto, Ontario (My Sportsbook) - The Toronto Raptors learned on Tuesday that they will be without forward Lamond Murray and center Nate Huffman when they open the regular season against the Washington Wizards on October 30. Murray, who was acquired in a trade with Cleveland last month, sprained a ligament in his right foot on October 18 in a preseason game against the New Jersey Nets. He is expected to be out for a minimum of eight weeks. In five preseason games, Murray averaged 7.8 points, 3.0 rebounds and 20.6 minutes. Huffman underwent arthroscopic surgery on Monday to clean out loose cartilage in his right knee and will be sidelined four to six weeks. In three preseason games, he contributed an average of 2.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, 1.5 blocks and 15.0 minutes.
