Tampa, FL (My Sportsbook) - The Tampa Bay Buccaneers placed cornerback Brian Kelly on the injured reserve list Wednesday, ending Kelly's season. Kelly has suffered from turf toe this year, an ailment which has kept him out of four of the Buccaneers first six games. He played in the Buccaneers' opener against Baltimore, but his injured toe kept him out of every other game except Week 5 against the Saints. Kelly has 20 interceptions and 402 tackles in his nine years in the NFL, all with Tampa. He had no interceptions and 15 tackles in two games this year. The Buccaneers used the roster spot vacated by Kelly to sign Jovan Haye, a second-year defensive end, off of the Cleveland Browns practice squad.
