Parris (0-3), who is winless in his last 11 starts, struck out one and walked one. He also allowed four homers. Rocco Baldelli and Rey Ordonez each had two hits for the Devil Rays, who have lost their last two and six of their last eight games. Joe Kennedy takes the hill for the Devil Rays tonight. The lefthander is an even 2-2 with a 4.37 ERA in seven starts this season. In his last outing, Kennedy threw his first complete game shutout of the season, yielding just one hit in a 2-0 victory over the Detroit Tigers on Friday. He also struck out a season-high six batters and walked one. Kennedy is 2-1 with a 2.95 ERA in three career starts against the Twins. Nick Bierbrodt allowed three hits and struck out two in three innings of relief for Tampa Bay on Tuesday.
