COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) -A judge has ordered Tennessee Titans linebacker Robert Reynolds to appear in court on Monday to answer misdemeanor charges that he pushed his estranged wife during a fight over the weekend.

Judge Scott VanDerKarr of Franklin County Municipal Court set bond at $5,000 on Thursday and scheduled an arraignment for Monday, said Jeanine Hummer, city attorney for suburban Upper Arlington where Reynolds' wife lives.

Reynolds, who was told by Titans coach Jeff Fisher to leave team headquarters, was not present at the hearing. His attorney, Larry Riehl, did not enter a plea on charges of domestic violence, assault and criminal damaging. Riehl was in court and unavailable for comment following the hearing.

Riehl said would spend the next few days reviewing police reports and witness statements before deciding how Reynolds will plead on Monday. There is the possibility of a plea agreement, although Riehl said he not met with Hummer to discuss one.

``We're going to try to expeditiously and fairly resolve this as quick as we can,'' Riehl said.

Reynolds must report to the Upper Arlington police to be fingerprinted and photographed before Monday's appearance, Hummer said.

Jennifer Reynolds told police her husband had started drinking that morning, then had driven to Upper Arlington Saturday night to visit their 2-year-old son. They were watching TV when Reynolds found another man's number in her cell phone.

She told police her husband threw the phone against the living room wall and destroyed it before punching a small hole in the wall. She followed him outside where he shoved her with both hands, causing her to fall against the wall.

Jennifer Reynolds, who was not hurt, told police she did not want to press charges and declined to seek a protection order, Hummer said. The couple's divorce will be final on Tuesday.
