Chicago, IL (My Sportsbook) - Dusty Baker, manager of the Chicago Cubs and the National League's All-Star skipper, has added Tony La Russa and Lloyd McClendon to his staff for the Mid-Summer Classic in Chicago. La Russa, manager of the St. Louis Cardinals, began his coaching career with the Chicago White Sox, the host of the All-Star Game on July 15. The four-time manager of the year is in his eighth season with the Cardinals. He has also managed Oakland, guiding the A's to a World Series championship in 1989. McClendon is in his third season as manager of the Pirates. He was born in Gary, Indiana, which is not far from U.S. Cellular Field, the site of the 74th annual All-Star Game.
