(My Sportsbook) - The Chicago White Sox fell 7-2 to the Seattle Mariners yesterday at Safeco Field. Frank Thomas homered and Tony Graffanino drove in a run for the White Sox, who have dropped seven of their last nine. Mark Buehrle, winless in his last five starts, suffered the loss. Buehrle (2-6) lasted five innings and permitted five runs -- four earned -- on nine hits. The lefthander also walked six and struck out three. The White Sox committed two errors in the contest, but stranded just five runners. Carlos Lee was the only other Chicago player, besides Thomas and Graffanino, to post a hit in the loss. Surprise righthander Esteban Loaiza gets the call for the White Sox as they host Baltimore on Tuesday. He will try to improve on his 6-1 record this season. He came away with another victory the last time he took to the mound, going six innings and allowing two earned runs and just four hits. Loaiza is making his 14th career start against the Orioles on Tuesday and will try to improve on his 6-4 record and 3.89 ERA against them. He went 8 1/3 innings and allowed just one earned run in his only outing this year against Baltimore.
