Philadelphia, PA (My Sportsbook) - Philadelphia 76ers reserve forward Tyrone Hill is expected to miss three to four weeks with a muscle tear in his right calf. The 35-year-old Hill, who is averaging 2.8 points and 2.8 rebounds in 10 playoff games for the Sixers, was injured late in the third quarter of Philadelphia's 95-82 victory over the Detroit Pistons in Game 4 of its Eastern Conference semifinal series. The Sixers evened the best-of-seven series at 2-2 with wins over Detroit in Game 3 on Saturday and Game 4 on Sunday, both of which were played at the First Union Center in Philadelphia. Hill, who was signed as a free agent by Philadelphia in March after being waived by Cleveland, played in 56 games for the Cavaliers and Sixers this season. He averaged 5.6 points and 7.0 boards. The Pistons host Philadelphia in Game Five on Wednesday at the Palace of Auburn Hills.
