Detroit, MI (My Sportsbook) - Miami Dolphins running back Ronnie Brown left Thursday's game against the Detroit Lions early in the third quarter with an injured left hand. Brown had 68 yards rushing on 15 carries before Detroit linebacker Ernie Sims lowered his helmet into the Miami running back's left hand. He spent the remainder of the game on the sideline, with the hand wrapped and iced. Brown is also suffering from a groin injury that had him listed as probable for the Thanksgiving Day game. Sammy Morris replaced Brown in the second half, and played well, running for 91 yards on 12 carries in Miami's 27-10 win.
