New Orleans, LA (My Sportsbook) - The New Orleans Hornets announced Wednesday that they have waived forward Lee Nailon. Nailon, who has played mainly as a reserve for the Hornets the past two years, averaged 10.8 points and 3.7 rebounds during the 2001-02 season. The Texas Christian product was selected by Charlotte in the second round (43rd pick overall) of the 1999 NBA Draft. He owns career averages of 8.4 points and 3.2 rebounds in 121 games, including 41 starts. New Orleans also announced that it has waived guard Terrell McIntyre. |
