Owings Mills, MD (My Sportsbook) - Baltimore Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis missed practice on Wednesday because of his ailing left shoulder and is again listed as questionable for Sunday's game against Pittsburgh. First place in the AFC North is on the line Sunday in Baltimore, as the Steelers and Ravens each enter the contest 3-3. "I don't want him to make the mistake of pushing himself back before he's ready, simply because of the circumstances," Ravens head coach Brian Billick said. Lewis has not played since October 6, when he partially dislocated his shoulder while diving for a fumble in a game against Cleveland. He missed the following game against Indianapolis, ending his streak of 63 straight starts, then sat out last week's game against Jacksonville after being listed as questionable. "I can't go out there and play as a one-armed bandit, playing on all these pain-killers," Lewis said. "That won't help me get done what I need to get done." The perennial All-Pro has 69 tackles, two interceptions and a fumble recovery this season. Defensive end Michael McCrary is doubtful for Sunday's game because of a knee injury. He also missed practice on Wednesday.
