=== Baltimore Orioles Team Report - May 22 === (My Sportsbook) - The Baltimore Orioles will try win just their second series of the month as they take on the Anaheim Angels tonight at Edison Field. Aside from a three-game sweep of the Detroit Tigers (April 29 - May 1), the Orioles have struggled by going 0-4-1 in their other five series in May. Baltimore has won just four of its last 16 games, but is coming off a 7-6 triumph last night behind three RBI from Tony Batista. Melvin Mora had two hits and a run scored and Geronimo Gil finished with two RBI for the Orioles, who snapped a seven-game slide against the Angels. Righthander Jason Johnson, who is 0-2 over his last three appearances, will get the start tonight for the Orioles. The 29-year-old has hit a bump in the road after starting the year with a 4-0 mark over his first five outings. In his most recent start, a loss last Friday against Tampa Bay, Johnson allowed seven hits and five runs in just 4 1/3 innings. Despite his 4-2 mark this year, Johnson has not lasted past the seventh inning in any of his outings. He is 3-4 with a 5.05 ERA in eight career starts versus the Angels. The Orioles, who have dropped six of their last seven road games, are 11-12 outside of Camden Yards this season. Baltimore has won only two of their last 10 games overall and sits 8.5 games back of the Yankees in the AL East.
