=== Florida Marlins Team Report - May 22 === (My Sportsbook) - The Florida Marlins will try to avoid their sixth straight loss and their two straight series sweep when they face off against the Montreal Expos in the finale of a three-game series at Olympic Stadium. Lefthander Michael Tejera will try to end Florida's slide, as he makes his 16th appearance and fifth start of the season. Tejera, who is still trying for his first victory of 2003, suffered his second straight loss in his last start on Saturday at Los Angeles. He allowed three runs on seven hits with one walk and three strikeouts over six innings. This will mark Tejera's eighth career appearance and second career start against the Expos. He is 1-0 with one save and a 2.03 ERA versus Montreal. Last night, Alex Gonzalez belted a solo homer for the Marlins, but they lost 7-2. Florida first baseman Derrek Lee left the game after the fifth inning as he was struck in his right forearm by a pitch. Lee has played in 256 straight games, but that streak is in jeopardy as he may not take the field tonight. This is the third of 19 meetings this season between the Marlins and Expos. Montreal has won seven of the last nine encounters.
