The Astros are 3-3 on this homestand to this point. Jeff Kent and Richard Hidalgo each drove in a pair of runs as the Houston Astros downed the St. Louis Cardinals, 5-2, in the finale of a three-game series at Minute Maid Park on Thursday. Hidalgo and Adam Everett each had solo homers for the Astros, who took two of three in the set. Jeriome Robertson (2-3) posted the win for Houston, allowing one run on four hits in 5 2/3 innings of work. He struck out four and walked none in the victory.
