TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) -Reggie Wells, the Cardinals' starting offensive right tackle, practiced Friday a few hours after being released from a hospital and was upgraded to probable for Arizona's game Sunday against the Denver Broncos. Wells spent two nights in the hospital for a flu-like illness. He played in last Sunday's 27-21 victory over Seattle despite a 103-degree temperature earlier in the day. Coach Dennis Green gave Wells the game ball for his efforts. The Cardinals also upgraded running back-special teams player Marcel Shipp to probable. Shipp has a cracked rib but practiced Thursday and Friday. Copyright © 2005 The Associated Press. All rights reserved.
