CENTENNIAL, Colo. (AP) -Former Denver Broncos player Tyrone Braxton was charged with felony drug possession Monday and could face up to 18 months in prison if convicted. He also was charged with patronizing a prostitute and possession of marijuana, according to Michael Knight of the Arapahoe County district attorney's office. Braxton, who was arrested on Dec. 2, was free on $6,000 bond. Arapahoe County Judge Anne Ollada ordered him to return to court Jan. 24. Braxton, 41, went to the Pro Bowl in 1996 and was part of the Broncos' back-to-back Super Bowl champion teams. Braxton and his attorney, Anthony Viorst, declined comment after the hearing. Braxton told The Associated Press shortly after his arrest that he was in possession of marijuana and a small amount of cocaine. Aurora police spokesman Sgt. Rudy Herrera Jr. said Grand Lindberg, 29, and Audrey Linda Rose Evans, 21, were issued misdemeanor summons for furthering prostitution. Copyright © 2005 The Associated Press. All rights reserved.
