=== Montreal Expos Team Report - May 25 === (My Sportsbook) - Wil Cordero's solo home run in the bottom of the ninth inning lifted the Montreal Expos to a 3-2 victory over the Philadelphia Phillies in the second of a three-game series at Olympic Stadium Saturday. Cordero led off the ninth inning and blasted Carlos Silva's high slider over the wall in left center to end the game. Vladimir Guerrero and Jose Macias each added a pair of hits for the Expos, who evened the series at one game apiece and won for the ninth time in 12 games. Luis Ayala (5-1) posted the win out of the bullpen with two perfect innings of relief. Tomo Ohka pitched the first seven innings and surrendered two runs on four hits, while striking out seven batters. Getting the call for Montreal Sunday is Javier Vazquez, who is 4-2 on the year with a 3.32 ERA over 10 starts. In his most recent outing, Vazquez earned his first victory since April 24 by defeating Florida on Tuesday. The righthander surrendered three runs -- two earned -- on seven hits in seven frames, while walking one and striking out three. In 16 career starts against the Phillies, Vazquez is 7-3 with a 4.59 ERA.
