=== Los Angeles Dodgers Team Report - May 26 === (My Sportsbook) - Kevin Brown tossed eight strong innings and Fred McGriff and Paul Lo Duca each homered, as Los Angeles rolled to a 5-1 victory over Milwaukee to earn a three-game sweep at Miller Park on Sunday. Brown (6-1) didn't allow a hit until the fifth inning and was charged with only one run on four hits. He struck out eight and walked just one batter for the Dodgers, who have won 10 in a row, sweeping three straight series along the way. Its red-hot play has helped LA pull within a half-game of first-place San Francisco in the NL West. The Giants lost to Colorado, 5-1, on Sunday and have dropped two-of-three so far in that four-game series. Kazuhisa Ishii takes the hill for the Dodgers on Tuesday, when they open a three-game set with the Colorado Rockies. Ishii is 4-1 with a 2.79 ERA in nine starts this season. In his last outing on Wednesday, Ishii allowed two runs on just three hits in six innings of a 3-2 victory over the Rockies. He struck out eight and walked six in picking up the win. Ishii is 3-1 with a 2.19 ERA in four career starts against the Rockies. Los Angeles is 14-11 on the road this season. The Dodgers have taken 13 of the last 15 meetings with the Brewers.
