Chicago, IL (My Sportsbook) - Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher Josh Fogg was activated from the 15-day disabled list and started Monday's game against the Chicago Cubs at Wrigley Field. Fogg had been sidelined with a strained abdominal muscle. Entering today's contest, he was 1-2 this season with a 4.35 ERA in four starts. Last season, Fogg led NL rookies with 33 starts and 194 1/3 innings pitched while going 12-12 with a 4.35 earned run average. Meanwhile, the Pirates designated pitcher Pat Mahomes for assignment. Mahomes has appeared in two games this year for Pittsburgh and is 0-0 with a 3.60 ERA.
