Miami, FL (My Sportsbook) - Montreal Expos starting outfielder Vladimir Guerrero was kept out of the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against the Florida Marlins because of a muscle strain in his back.

Guerrero appeared to be in pain while running to first base on his game-ending double-play ball in Monday's setback versus the Marlins. He is listed as day- to-day.

Guerrero is batting .308 with eight homers and 33 RBI in 48 contests this season.
