=== Minnesota Twins Team Report - May 30 === (My Sportsbook) - The Minnesota Twins saw their four-game winning streak stopped last night with a 10-6 loss to the Seattle Mariners in the opener of a four-game set at the Metrodome. The Twins are one of the hottest clubs in the American League posting a 19-7 record in the month of May after posting a 12-14 mark in April. Last night, Jacque Jones, Torii Hunter, Doug Mientkiewicz and A.J. Pierzynski all homered for the Twins in the setback. Brad Radke continued to struggle on the mound, yielding five runs on 11 hits in the loss. Radke (5-5) fanned three and didn't walk a batter. Heading to the mound for Minnesota tonight will be 24-year-old righthander Kyle Lohse, who tossed a complete game against the Mariners in his last start on Saturday. Lohse, who is unbeaten in his last five starts, is 4-3 on the year with a 3.06 ERA. In the contest against Seattle the Chico, CA native allowed two runs on six hits, while striking out seven and walking just one. His last loss came back on April 26 against the Chicago White Sox. Lohse is 2-2 lifetime against the Mariners with a 4.44 ERA in four starts. Minnesota took two of three from Seattle last weekend and is 7-6 against the Mariners in the last 13 matchups.
