Indianapolis, IN (My Sportsbook) - The Cleveland Browns will pick third overall in April's NFL draft after winning a coin toss with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Friday. Tampa Bay general manager Bruce Allen called heads and the coin came up tails, giving Cleveland, which was represented by general manager Phil Savage, the coveted third pick. The coin toss was needed as both Cleveland and Tampa Bay ended the season with 4-12 records and identical opponents' winning percentages. Since they lost the coin toss, the Buccaneers will draft fourth overall.
