=== Arizona Diamondbacks Team Report - June 13 === (My Sportsbook) - The Diamondbacks had the finale of their three-game set with Kansas City rained out on Thursday, but they have won three of their last four games. On Wednesday, Arizona registered a 4-3 victory over the Royals. Quinton McCracken, Danny Bautista and Lyle Overbay registered two hits apiece in the win. Overbay tallied a pair of doubles and knocked in a run in the victory. Andrew Good (3-1) allowed just two unearned runs in six innings to win his third consecutive start. Good surrendered six hits, while striking out two batters and walking two. Jose Valverde surrendered a run, but held on for his third save of the season. Arizona will try to keep its solid play going tonight at the Metrodome against the Minnesota Twins. The Diamondbacks will tangling with the Twins for the first time ever. Heading to the hill for Arizona in the opener will be young righthander Brandon Webb. Webb has won his last two decisions, including a win over Cleveland in his return from the disabled list last week. The rookie limited the Indians to just five hits and three runs (two earned) over seven innings, while striking out six and walking two. Webb will be facing the Twins for the first time in his career. The hurler has made three road appearances this year, going 1-0 with a 0.64 ERA in 14 innings of action. Matt Williams, who was recently released by the Diamondbacks, announced his retirement on Thursday. Williams, 37, was the last remaining member of the original Diamondbacks.
