The 21-year-old Aubrey batted .420 with 18 homers and 79 RBI in 63 games this season at Tulane. He ranks fourth in the Tulane record book in batting average (.368), seventh in RBI with 200 and 10th in home runs with 38. Cleveland agreed to terms on a contract Saturday with outfielder Brad Snyder, the club's other first-round pick from the 2003 First-Year Player Draft. Snyder was selected with the 18th overall pick, a selection the Indians received from the Phillies as compensation for Philadelphia signing type-A free agent first baseman Jim Thome.
