=== Montreal Expos Team Report - June 16 === (My Sportsbook) - The Montreal Expos travel to Pittsburgh Tuesday to start a three-game series with the Pittsburgh Pirates. The Expos have dropped their last four games after a season-high six-game winning streak. They were swept in a three-game set in Oakland over the weekend. Montreal is 7-12 thus far on a 22-game, six-city trip away from Olympic Stadium and won't return to the Big O until Friday to play the Toronto Blue Jays. The Expos have fallen seven games behind the first-place Atlanta Braves in the NL East. On Sunday, the Expos were pounded 9-1. Endy Chavez collected two hits for the Expos. Javier Vazquez (6-4) was the loser after he allowed five runs on five hits over 6 1/3 innings, while striking out five and walking four. Montreal's bullpen allowed four runs on four hits, while walking three in only 1 2/3 innings. Livan Hernandez heads to the hill for Montreal Tuesday night. The righthander has won his last two starts, having allowed 16 hits and six runs in 14 innings. He has allowed three earned runs or less in eight of last nine starts with the lone exception being June 6 versus Texas. Hernandez is 2-1 in seven career games against Pittsburgh. He did not get a decision in only start against the Pirates last year. On August 2 at PNC Park, he surrendered four earned runs in seven innings while striking out four. His last win against the Bucs came May 21, 1999. Expos first baseman Wil Cordero is 1-for-16 on this road trip.
