=== Brewers' Ritchie undergoes season-ending surgery === Milwaukee, WI (My Sportsbook) - Milwaukee Brewers pitcher Todd Ritchie underwent season-ending surgery Tuesday to repair the rotator cuff in his right shoulder. The procedure was performed by Dr. James Andrews in Birmingham, Alabama. Ritchie had been on the 15-day disabled list since April 25 with right shoulder fatigue. He made just five starts this season and compiled a 1-2 record with a 5.08 ERA. The 31-year-old Ritchie has a lifetime mark of 43-52 with a 4.66 ERA. He has also spent time with Minnesota, Pittsburgh and the White Sox during his career. |
