Montreal, Quebec (My Sportsbook) - Hartland de Montarville Molson, the former longtime owner of the Montreal Canadiens, has died at the age of 95. Molson, also a former Canadian senator, was president of the team from 1957 to 1968. He was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1973. Molson headed the family brewing dynasty, serving as director for more than 50 years, but is best known for his association with the NHL, including the signing of legendary Montreal center Jean Beliveau. He was married three times and is survived by one child, from his first marriage.
