San Diego, CA (My Sportsbook) - The Colorado Rockies activated infielder Ronnie Belliard from the 15-day disabled list on Monday. Belliard was placed on the DL on June 3 with an ankle injury he suffered on June 1. At Triple-A Colorado Springs, Belliard hit .263 in a five-game rehab assignment. In a related move, the team designated infielder Brent Butler for assignment. Butler, who has 10 days to clear waivers, hit .211 with a homer and four RBI in 37 games for the Rockies. |
