CINCINNATI (AP) -Guard Stacy Andrews signed a one-year contract Monday with the Cincinnati Bengals, who had made him one of their restricted free agents. Andrews, a fourth-year player who started three games last season, had drawn interest from the New York Jets. The Jets would have had to give the Bengals a second-round draft pick in compensation if they signed Andrews. A fourth-round draft pick in 2004, Andrews had made a slow transition to the NFL. He played in all 16 games last season and made his first three NFL starts.Copyright © 2005 The Associated Press. All rights reserved.
