CINCINNATI (AP) -Linebacker Caleb Miller, who was the last of the Cincinnati Bengals' restricted free agents, signed a one-year contract on Tuesday. Miller started seven games last season and played in all 16, finishing third in the team in tackles. He started four games at middle linebacker and three at outside linebacker.
